Great Stressbusters !!!

This write up is composed with the intension to provide solutions to deal with the stressful situations in life...Who knows better than the one who has experienced ????

1).Spend time with a BABY : A baby can maintain that smile on your face even in his absence.When you think of him, automatically your spirit feels enlightened and cherished.That feeling you get when baby is in your arms is nonpareil. And similar is the feeling of giving comfort to the baby.

2).Social service : Help the needy ,it gives immense satisfaction.Visit old-age homes and talk to the elderly people.Try to know about their lives.Become a member of a charitable aorganisation in your locality or start one on your own.

3) Plant a tree/ Maintain few plants: How will it feel to see the seedlings grow into tiny plants and then bloom with happy and colourful flowers ??? Your own little clay pot which you water regularly,imparts in you the sense of responsibility.


Also try reading,painting,dancing,cooking,developing a new hobby like playing a guitar,chatting with friends,watching comesy movies,etc.
