Let's Go Green ...

Every woman fancies a healthy and happy home.I have grown up seeing my mother maintaining her own kitchen garden and hundreds of ornamental plants.Therefore,My Dream Home can never be complete without my greenmates…I share with you few ideas on how to make your room look more pretty and green with some easy decorations.These decorations look enticing when arranged with fresh flowers … I have made use of just the different kinds of leaves available.

Love basket:I have made use of a cane basket and ferns,palm leaves,money plant twigs,etc. to signify the harmony and peace in my home.

Hum Saath Saath Hain (Happy Family) : I have used some old glass bottles(of ketchup,jam,honey,..etc.),of different shapes and sizes.I have given characters to each accordingly.The old Grandpa, rolly-polly Grandma,lovable Father, Smart bahu and their cute blue-eyed Kid.

Alternatively, you can use stylish perfume bottles to make it look appealing even without characterization.

Mermaid's desire : Plants used with sea shells,colourful stones and sand give a marine ambiance to your room. I find this arrangement truely mesmerizing. And all I can recall are these words of a German poet....

"Great are the sea

and the heaven,

Yet greater is my heart;

And fairer than pearls and stars

Flashes and Beams...

MY LOVE..."

Fascination: The green decor looks greener with a mirror beneath…I have used a clay pot,a wood and few climbers along with the regular leaves.You can make it more captivating by decorating the mirror in your own way.I have also twined a string of garnet stones to make it look fiery...

I express my gratitude towards my Mother for giving me tips on 'Gardening and Interior'.
